Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations effectively and professionally.
- Coordinate between sales, service, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and work on initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for service reminders, renewals, and feedback.
- Support showroom events, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.
- Prepare and present reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and service performance.
Pay: ₹15,851.00 - ₹22,491.92 per month
