Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in customer communication, order processing, documentation, and coordination with internal departments. The candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth order execution and timely delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, proposals, and customer follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries, emails, and order processing.
- Prepare and maintain sales documentation, MIS reports, and CRM updates.
- Track orders and coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and other internal teams.
- Follow up on order execution, dispatch, and delivery.
- Maintain customer databases and support lead management activities.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and sales data analysis.
- Support tender documentation and submissions, when required.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or SAP systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma (Mechanical)
- 4 -5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Back-Office Sales.
- Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is preferred.
