Accounting Duties
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and transactions
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment entries
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Keep Software entries updated.
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance records
- Prepare monthly attendance reports
- Assist in payroll preparation and salary processing
- Maintain leave records and overtime details
HR & Administrative Duties
- Maintain employee records and personal files
- Assist in recruitment documentation and onboarding formalities
- Prepare HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, etc.)
- Support performance review documentation
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Handle general administrative tasks and office coordination
Work in both branches.Shift 10 am to 7pm
