SAP MM Senior Consultant Roles & Responsibilities: 1.High level of expertise on SAP MM 2.On demand support to Global Business Process and Operational Divisions Teams as well as partners in charge of administration of data centers (database administration, upgrades, performance,..) 3.Accountable for Solution issues escalated to the Global Support team. Ensure that tickets are properly responded to, fixed, tested and follows-up those until they are properly closed according to process defined. Support provided is functional (analysis, feed-back, recommendation …). 4. Analyze content of releases on his/her area and recommend best organization as far as testing is concerned. 5.Liaise with regional / local support teams and testing factory to ensure that release validation process is done properly 6. Analyze, challenge, validate recommendations and actions of on his/her area 7.Liaise with Global Data Excellence and Business Process Leaders organization regarding problem solving and enhancement 8.Contribute, review and validate Core bugs & enhancements specification. Contribute to testing and validation. 9.SAP and functional knowledge on Supply Chain and Manufacturing Processes Technology Skills: 1. 7 to 10 years of SAP experience as consultant with complex and multiple projects (Core template design / build / validation, roll-out and support) in the area of SAP – Materials Management (MM) 2. SAP HANA experience added advantage. 3. High level of expertise on SAP MM modules 4. Should be able to handle MM/WM independently and will be working with the Business directly 5. Should have good experience in Taxation 6. Should have knowledge in GST implementation. 7. Operational business experience 8. Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role within an international context (multi- environments, multiple teams, concurrent deployment project). 9. Domain experience in procurement is an added advantage 10. Very good knowledge of SAP functional (processes, available functionalities, …) and technical background (customizing, environment, transport orders, …), different stages of projects (run, deployments, testing, …) as well as project management skills (planning follow-up, team work, multiple teams interaction, Internal Behavioral Skills: 1.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to tailor communication to the intended audience (excellent English is a must) 2.Team player and networking (colleagues as well as external partners) 3.Capacity to challenge requirement as well as capacity to show added value in relationship with 4.
