About the Role
Annai Motors, an Authorized Royal Enfield Dealership, is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to deliver a seamless ownership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins in a professional manner.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding sales, service, feedback, and scheduled appointments.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales and after-sales journey.
- Address customer concerns promptly and coordinate with the relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback to improve service quality.
- Support customer engagement initiatives, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare daily and monthly customer interaction reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer relationship management, or a similar role. Experience in the automobile industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on qualifications, relevant experience, and interview performance).
