Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and prepare system designs.
- Manage On-Grid & Hybrid solar project execution.
- Supervise installation teams and ensure quality & safety.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and KSEB.
- Handle testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Requirements
- B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 2+ years of solar experience.
- Experience with PM Surya Ghar rooftop solar projects.
- Knowledge of KSEB procedures, net-metering, and commissioning.
- Two-wheeler license and willingness to travel across Palakkad district.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
