About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join us as Regional Growth Managers – School Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for driving regional growth, strengthening school relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing LXL Ideas across your assigned territory.
You will act as the key point of contact for schools while contributing strategically to revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory growth and school engagement strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school leadership and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue generation within the assigned territory
- Present and promote LXL Ideas’ products, programs, and services to prospective schools
- Conduct market research and analyze regional trends to identify growth opportunities
- Participate in educational events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking forums
- Monitor competitor activities and market positioning within the territory
- Address client concerns proactively and ensure high relationship satisfaction
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for leadership review
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of programs
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in territory sales, business development, school relations, or institutional partnerships
- Prior experience in the education sector will be highly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong field sales and relationship management experience
- Ability to develop territory strategies and work with performance KPIs
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts within a region
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
