Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physics, Science, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in schools, coaching institutes, or foundation programs.
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics and General Science fundamentals.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning engaging for young learners.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Foundation Physics and Science concepts for students from Grades 1 to 9.
- Develop strong conceptual understanding through activity-based and experiential learning.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Track student progress and provide regular academic feedback.
- Conduct remedial and enrichment sessions based on student performance.
- Integrate practical demonstrations, experiments, and modern teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Collaborate with academic teams to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in CBSE curriculum is preferred.
- Knowledge of Olympiad, NTSE, Foundation, and competitive exam preparation will be an added advantage.
- Strong presentation and digital teaching skills.
- Passion for mentoring students and fostering scientific curiosity.
