Sales Operations Manager – Pharma
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5–10 Years
We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager with a strong background in Pharma General Trade Sales Operations and Distributor-Driven Markets across Gujarat & Maharashtra.
Key Requirements:
5+ years in Pharma General Trade Sales Operations
3+ years handling D2R (Distributor to Retail) & D2S (Distributor to Stockist) models
Strong exposure to Secondary Sales & Channel Expansion
Experience managing ASM/FSO level teams
Proficiency in Gujarati or Marathi (Mandatory)
Strong analytical, reporting & sales operations skills
Preferred Qualification:
B.Pharm / MBA (Sales & Marketing)
