Job Description
Dangura Digital is looking for a strategic and growth-focused Growth Manager to drive business expansion, revenue generation, and market growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing growth strategies, building strong client relationships, and improving the agency’s market presence. This role requires a combination of business development, market analysis, strategic planning, and team collaboration to achieve sustainable growth and maximize profitability. The Growth Manager will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that contribute to the agency's long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the agency's presence in existing and new markets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue through new clients, partnerships, and service offerings.
- Establish and achieve measurable growth targets aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead client acquisition initiatives and build a strong business pipeline across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, pitches, and business solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Analyze business performance, customer insights, and market data to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with creative, media, strategy, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align growth plans with the agency's overall vision and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies.
- Review and optimize pricing models, service packages, and business offerings to improve profitability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency that support business growth.
- Lead and mentor team members involved in business development and growth initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on business performance, growth metrics, revenue generation, and market expansion activities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
