Regional Project Lead
Job Summary
The Regional Project Lead will oversee the implementation of program across 5–6 districts in Tamil Nadu. The role involves monitoring field operations, ensuring program quality, supporting field teams, and driving region-specific interventions to improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support field teams across assigned districts.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of weekend classes.
- Oversee the quality of work and program implementation.
- Monitor data entry, validation, and maintenance of student, teacher, and Headmaster records.
- Assess digital infrastructure needs and coordinate follow-up.
- Address field-level challenges and support team members.
- Prepare reports and recommend interventions based on field observations and data.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in operations, program management, or field implementation.
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple locations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in handling large datasets and reports.
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
Work Requirements
- 60% travel across Tamil Nadu.
- Willingness to work extended hours when required.
- Must be responsive and available to support field teams and resolve operational challenges.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
