In this role, you will help make life science organizations more effective, particularly in complex specialty markets, while giving products the strategic support they require. Exposure to or interest in Medical Affairs strategy and related functions will be considered an added advantage. This position will allow you to build positive working relationships with customers consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams. You will:

Achieve billable utilization targets in service to customer engagements.

Demonstrate strong project management skills through the proactive management of individual project responsibilities. You will manage workload to ensure objectives, milestones, and ensure that timelines are met efficiently and effectively. You must be able to quickly adapt to changing priorities to achieve goals and targets.

Experience in supporting or delivering Medical Affairs–related workstreams (e.g., KOL engagement, or Medical strategy support) will be beneficial.

Understand project roles and responsibilities and the overall impact on the broader customer contract and statement of work. You will exhibit exceptional attention to detail while supporting project management/leadership with the creation of project deliverables and the day-to-day management of customer relationships. This includes contributing to high-quality, client-ready deliverables such as presentations, reports, and strategic analyses.

Actively participate in, and begin to take on, leadership roles, through company-sponsored events, training, and professional development opportunities.

Apply structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking to address complex challenges and support development of actionable recommendations for clients.
Essential Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

Strong business acumen, analytical skills and the ability to think critically and creatively

Experience in research and data analysis (e.g., organization of sources, data processing, analysis, and quality checking accuracy for pre-defined problems)

Drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic

Strong communication skills with the ability to distil complex information into clear, actionable insights for clients.
Desired Requirements:

Graduate degree in business or life sciences
-
6+ years’ experience in pharma and / or biotech consulting
-
Prior experience in Medical Affairs or related areas (e.g., clinical, RWE, HEOR, or commercial strategy) is preferred.
