Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving user acquisition, onboarding clients, and supporting business growth. This role involves a mix of sales, relationship management, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with pharma retailers, suppliers, and companies
- Generate leads and onboard new users onto the platform
- Explain product features and drive adoption
- Maintain relationships with existing users for retention
- Handle user queries and provide timely support
- Follow up regularly to ensure engagement and usage
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Achieve daily/weekly targets related to onboarding and engagement
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (Hindi and English)
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel
- Sales-driven mindset with a target-oriented approach
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle objections
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (any stream)
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Experience in sales, pharma, or customer handling is a plus
