- Operate and monitor HDPE blow moulding machines to produce plastic bottles/containers as per required specifications and quality standards.
- Set and adjust machine parameters, load HDPE raw material, and perform mould changes when required.
- Conduct routine quality checks, identify defects, and maintain accurate production records.
- Ensure proper machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance.
- Follow safety guidelines, minimize material wastage, and coordinate with supervisors and maintenance staff to maintain smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted production.
