Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Vadavathoor,Kottayam. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing customer-focused service, handling customer inquiries, and facilitating aftersales services. The role involves clear communication with customers to understand their needs, providing appropriate solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the service process.
Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Aftersales service
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Minimum 1 yearPrevious experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Automotive Technology or related field is preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
