You'll own the full partner marketing lifecycle: enablement, growth and expansion of our exhaustive partner network and plan co-marketing events that expand our footprint.

The Role

You'll build FlytBase's partner marketing engine from the ground up. This is the function that turns our partner network into a revenue multiplier. You'll design the campaigns, events, and enablement strategies that make our partners successful at selling drone autonomy. You'll own the full partner marketing lifecycle: enablement materials that turn technical drone software into compelling partner stories, co-marketing campaigns with industry giants, and regional events that expand our footprint. You will be responsible for creating the playbook that scales our partner channel into a primary growth engine.

What You'll Own

• Partner enablement strategy and content creation, turning FlytBase's technical capabilities into sales-ready materials • Co-marketing campaign development with hyperscalers and industry partners • Regional event strategy and execution—workshops, demo days, and partner activations • Demand generation programs targeting partner networks and joint prospects • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for key partner accounts • Partner onboarding and growth programs that expand their FlytBase offerings Webinar series and digital campaigns that amplify partner reach • Cross-functional coordination between sales, marketing, and business development teams • Partner recruitment campaigns to grow the FlytBase ecosystem

Best Suited For

• 1-2 years in B2B marketing, partner marketing, or channel programs • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages • Experience with demand generation, ABM, or campaign management • Event planning and execution experience—both digital and in-person formats • Creative campaign development skills with measurable business impact AI-native mindset for content creation and marketing automation • Collaboration skills to work across sales, marketing, and partner teams • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments

Who You'll Work With

You'll report to the Associate Director of Marketing and work closely with the Director of Business Development and CEO. This is a cross-functional role where you'll coordinate with sales teams, product marketing, and directly with partner organizations across 40+ countries.
