Role Summary
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Web Developer to manage, maintain, and continuously enhance 30+ school websites. The ideal candidate should have strong WordPress expertise, a keen eye for UI/UX, and the ability to ensure high-performing, secure, and SEO-friendly websites.
Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and optimize 30+ school websites.

Build responsive, mobile-friendly websites with modern UI/UX principles.

Monitor website performance, SEO, security, and coordinate with hosting/service providers.

Develop and administer WordPress websites with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability.

Manage website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and grammatical correctness.

Leverage Gen-AI tools to improve productivity and content workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2–3 years of hands-on experience in web development.

Strong expertise in WordPress development and administration.

Good understanding of Headless CMS architecture.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.

Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Additional Skills

Experience with Strapi, Sanity, or other Headless CMS platforms.

Exposure to Next.js, React, Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva.

Familiarity with Google Analytics and website performance optimization.
Salary shall commensurate with experience
