Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate BIM models for Landscape projects.
- Prepare detailed Hardscape and Softscape models based on project requirements.
- Create and modify landscape design drawings using Civil 3D.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and Civil disciplines to resolve design clashes.
- Produce construction documentation and ensure compliance with BIM standards.
- Support multidisciplinary coordination and project delivery.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in BIM Modeling.
- Must have exposure to Landscape projects (Hardscape & Softscape).
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D is mandatory.
- Experience in Architectural and/or Structural BIM Modeling.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks (preferred).
- Understanding of BIM workflows, coordination, and clash detection.
- Ability to interpret design drawings and maintain project standards.
