Job Summary
Front Office Associate is responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, attending guest queries, and ensuring smooth front desk operations with excellent customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests professionally and courteously.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage room reservations and cancellations.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Maintain guest records and billing details accurately.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments regarding room status.
- Handle guest complaints politely and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front desk area.
- Follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and SOPs.
- Ensure guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualification
- Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
