Job Summary
Quest Digiflex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company's technology strategy, product innovation, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical excellence, building scalable technology solutions, leading engineering teams, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead and manage engineering, development, and technical teams
- Drive innovation and identify new technologies to improve products and services
- Oversee the architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance of software products
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of all technology solutions
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Establish development standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes
- Manage technical resources, project planning, and technology budgets
- Lead product development initiatives and technology decision-making
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI and automation
- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience in Full Stack Development and Software Architecture
- Expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and modern development frameworks
- Strong understanding of System Design, Microservices, and Distributed Systems
- Experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of Databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
- Experience with DevOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of Cybersecurity, Application Security, and Infrastructure Management
- Experience building and scaling SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or digital products
AI & Emerging Technologies
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI
- Experience with LLM Integrations, AI Agents, and Automation Workflows
- Understanding of RAG Systems, Vector Databases, and AI-powered applications
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and similar platforms
Leadership Requirements
- Proven experience leading engineering and technology teams
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- Ability to mentor senior developers, team leads, and engineering managers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in startups, SaaS companies, or technology-driven organizations
- Track record of successfully delivering large-scale software products
- Strong business understanding and product mindset
- Experience in fundraising support, technical planning, and technology scaling
