We are looking for a Logistics Trainee to support our logistics and warehouse operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of SAP (preferably SAP MM/WM) and warehouse management activities. The role involves inventory handling, documentation, material movement, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, and dispatch activities.
- Handle SAP entries related to material receipts, stock transfers, inventory updates, and dispatch processes.
- Maintain accurate stock records and support periodic inventory verification.
- Prepare and manage documents such as GRN, delivery challan, stock reports, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and sales teams for material availability and movement.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Support warehouse organization, space utilization, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage procedures.
- Assist in generating MIS reports related to inventory and logistics operations.
- Follow safety and quality procedures within the warehouse.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of SAP modules (MM/WM preferred).
- Understanding of warehouse management processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage inventory records and documentation.
Experience:
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience in logistics/warehouse operations can apply.
Preferred: Candidates who have hands-on knowledge in SAP and warehouse activities.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
