We are on the lookout for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic
team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and intuitive
user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate should possess a strong
understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user needs
into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with managers and developers to understand user requirements and design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive mock-ups to visualize design concepts.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design techniques, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Responsive Design concepts.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and design validation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to transform complex requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
