Job Summary
Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Erection Engineer to supervise and execute PEB, structural steel, warehouse, factory building, and industrial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site planning, erection activities, manpower management, safety compliance, quality control, and project completion within the scheduled timeline.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Erection
- Supervise erection of PEB structures, structural steel, roofing, cladding, mezzanine floors, canopies, and accessories.
- Ensure erection work is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor daily site activities and progress.
- Coordinate crane operations, lifting plans, and equipment deployment.
- Ensure timely completion of erection activities.
Site Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and erection challenges.
- Coordinate with fabrication, dispatch, and planning teams for smooth project execution.
- Attend site review meetings and prepare progress reports.
Quality Control
- Verify dimensions, alignment, levels, bolt tightening, welding quality, and structural stability.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
- Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
Safety Management
- Implement and monitor site safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Ensure proper use of PPE by workers and subcontractors.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and client requirements.
Manpower & Resource Management
- Manage erection supervisors, riggers, welders, fitters, and subcontractors.
- Monitor productivity and resource utilization.
- Plan manpower requirements according to project schedules.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain site records, material reconciliation, and project documentation.
- Report project status, delays, and resource requirements to management.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
Experience
- 2 to 8 years of experience in PEB erection, structural steel erection, industrial buildings, warehouses, or factory construction projects.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of PEB structures, steel buildings, roofing, and cladding systems.
- Ability to read structural and erection drawings.
- Experience in handling cranes, lifting equipment, and erection tools.
- Knowledge of site safety standards and construction practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates having experience in PEB Industries, Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection, Industrial Buildings, Warehouses, Manufacturing Plants, Logistics Parks, and Commercial Steel Structures will be preferred.
Candidates willing to travel across project sites and handle multiple projects independently will be given preference.
