GOEEN Electric Vehicles is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage vehicle and spare parts dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily dispatch activities and delivery schedules
* Prepare invoices, e-way bills, challans, and transport documents
* Ensure accurate inventory movement and ERP updates
* Coordinate with transporters and track shipments
* Maintain dispatch records and MIS reports
* Ensure timely, error-free deliveries
Requirements:
* Graduate in any discipline
* 1–3 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations
* Knowledge of ERP, MS Excel, and dispatch documentation
* Strong coordination and communication skills
Preferred Industry: Automobile, EV, Manufacturing, or Distribution
