We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Academic Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong counselling abilities, and a passion for helping students choose the right career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on courses and career opportunities.
- Understand students' needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, or educational sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
