Bharat Engineering & Services Pvt. Ltd. (BESPL) is an engineering solutions company specializing in Fire Protection Systems, Solar EPC, Industrial Projects, PEB Structures, Water & Wastewater Treatment Systems, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and Engineering Products. We are expanding our digital operations by implementing an ERP platform to streamline business processes across multiple departments.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERPGo Full Stack Developer to support the implementation, customization, integration, and ongoing enhancement of our ERP system. The ideal candidate should have experience in PHP/Laravel development, ERP customization, database management, API integration, and application deployment.
This role involves collaborating with internal teams to improve business workflows, develop custom features, integrate third-party applications, and provide technical support throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation
- Install, configure, and deploy ERPGo in a Linux-based server environment.
- Configure business modules including CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Finance, and Project Management.
- Participate in system testing, deployment, and production support.
Application Development
- Customize ERP modules based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain new features using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Optimize application performance and database efficiency.
Integration & Automation
- Integrate ERP with business applications through REST APIs.
- Develop integrations with website forms, email services, payment gateways, and other third-party platforms as required.
- Assist in workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.
Reporting & Support
- Develop reports, dashboards, and management information systems (MIS).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.
- Prepare technical documentation and implementation guides.
- Work closely with business users to understand and implement process improvements.
System Administration
- Support server deployment, backups, security updates, SSL configuration, and user access management.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel
- MySQL database development and optimization
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
- REST API development and integration
- Linux (Ubuntu), Apache or Nginx
- Git version control
- Understanding of ERP or CRM applications
- Problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Skills:
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will have an advantage
- ERPGo customization
- WordPress integration
- AI API integration
- WhatsApp Business API
- OCR or document management solutions
- Docker and CI/CD
- Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Metabase, etc.)
- Tally integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of professional software development experience.
- Prior experience implementing ERP or business management software is preferred.
- Experience working with Engineering, Manufacturing, EPC, Construction, or Industrial organizations will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
