We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales operations in a premium furniture and lights showroom. The role involves assisting in managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support the sales team in daily operations, ensuring smooth customer service.

- Greet and guide customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure the showroom display and presentation of furniture and lighting products are attractive and well-maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the procurement team, and ensure stock availability.
- Generate and maintain sales reports and share insights with management.
- Assist in training and motivating sales staff to improve performance.
- Handle customer queries, quotations, negotiations, and billing efficiently.
