Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented, and confident Sales Manager with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners
- Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, meetings, negotiations, and closures
- Travel for business development, client meetings, exhibitions, and market expansion activities
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG/B2B sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally
- Good understanding of sales processes and market development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
