Client Acquisition Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Manager to drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through market research, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other business development channels.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual client acquisition and revenue targets.

Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in client acquisition, business development, sales, or account management.
- Experience in the IT, BPO, Staffing, SaaS, Digital Marketing, or Consulting industry is preferred.

- Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
