- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement long-term TA operational strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the candidate experience.
- Technology Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and utilization of TA technology tools (e.g., ATS, sourcing platforms, etc.) to support the TA function.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the TA operations budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Performance Measurement: Develop and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of TA operations, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide data-driven insights to improve TA strategies and decision-making.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of TA operations professionals.
