Telecaller
A Telecaller is responsible for interacting with customers over the phone to generate leads, promote products or services, and handle customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Explain products/services and persuade customers to make a purchase or take action.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Handle incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and feedback.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain patient.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
