Execute daily market operations, ensure secondary sales delivery, and drive outlet coverage & visibility across assigned territory.
- Achieve secondary sales targets, call rates & numeric distribution objectives.
- Ensure beat adherence & improve coverage penetration through focused expansion.
- Drive order booking, delivery coordination & retailer-level replenishment.
- Maintain distributor stock hygiene; proactively avoid OOS situations.
- Execute visibility assets, POSM placement & merchandising standards.
- Support launches, promotions & trade activation programs.
- Strengthen retailer relationships to drive loyalty, shelf presence & premiumization.
- Track competitor pricing, schemes & trade programs.
- Maintain daily sales reports, secondary trackers & coverage dashboards.
- Use handheld/DMS tools for real-time performance reporting.
Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Strong retail execution discipline & ability to manage dense, fast-moving markets.
- Excellent relationship-building capabilities with retailers & distributor teams.
- Good negotiation ability for shelf space, visibility & display enhancement.
- Basic analytical & reporting ability using sales dashboards & market information.
- Strong communication, problem-solving & operational follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent execution outcomes across beats.
- Prior sales functional experience (preference for FMCG/Alcobev).
- Experience working with DMS, handheld devices or beat planning tools.
- Ability to work effectively with distributor salesmen & field promoters.
