. Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise all civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor daily site activities and maintain progress records.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
2. Project Planning & Coordination
- Prepare work schedules and monitor project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and manpower as per project requirements.
- Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports.
3. Quality Control
- Conduct quality checks on construction materials and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and standards.
- Maintain quality inspection records and reports.
- Identify and rectify construction defects.
4. Quantity Surveying & Billing
- Measure work quantities and prepare quantity reports.
- Verify contractor bills and work completion certificates.
- Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Monitor material consumption and wastage.
5. Safety Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections.
- Ensure workers use PPE such as helmets, safety shoes, gloves, and safety belts.
- Report and investigate site incidents or accidents.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain site registers, DPR (Daily Progress Reports), and project documentation.
- Record material receipts, consumption, and stock status.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain as-built drawings and project records.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Knowledge of RCC work, finishing work, and industrial/commercial construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
