We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead and grow our stock market sales team.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the stock broking industry.
- Prior experience with any of the following organizations is preferred:
- Angel One
- Motilal Oswal
- ICICI Securities
- HDFC Securities
- Strong knowledge of the Indian Stock Market, including:
- Equity
- Derivatives (F&O)
- Commodities
- Mutual Funds
- Demat & Trading Accounts
- Experience in team handling, sales management, and achieving business targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Relationship Managers/Advisors.
- Drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Train and mentor team members on stock market products and services.
- Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor team performance and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Stay updated with market trends and regulatory changes.
