Job Role - ERP / IT Manager
Location: Mangliya, Indore,
Experience: Minimum 5 Years in ERP Implementation & Manufacturing IT
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science / IT) / MCA / MBA (IT)
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced ERP / IT Manager to lead ERP implementation, digital transformation initiatives, and IT infrastructure management for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end ERP implementation, manufacturing ERP systems, IT infrastructure, cyber security, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
1. ERP Implementation & Digital Transformation
Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, rollout, Go-Live, and stabilization across business functions.
Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal departments.
Manage ERP configuration, UAT, deployment, and user acceptance.
Ensure accurate data migration and system integration.
Drive automation of manual business processes.
2. ERP Support & User Management
Provide day-to-day ERP support to all departments.
Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with vendors for quick resolution.
Manage user roles, access rights, and system security, Conduct user training and prepare SOPs and user manuals.
Monitor ERP performance and recommend continuous improvements.
3. IT Infrastructure Management
Manage servers, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, CCTV, biometric systems, LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Ensure smooth IT operations across plant and office locations.
Maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
4. Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Implement cybersecurity policies, Manage antivirus, firewall, backup, and disaster recovery systems.
Ensure data protection and minimize cybersecurity risks.
5. Vendor Management
Coordinate with ERP vendors, IT service providers, and hardware suppliers.
Manage AMC contracts and monitor vendor performance.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of manufacturing business processes.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in handling cross-functional teams, vendors, and ERP implementation projects.
