- Learn and understand the end-to-end travel business operations.
- Assist customers with domestic and international travel inquiries.
- Support flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, visa assistance, and travel documentation.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and walk-ins professionally.
- Assist in preparing travel quotations and customized itineraries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Support sales and business development initiatives to achieve organizational targets.
- Participate in market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Attend training sessions and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Handle escalations and provide prompt resolutions to customer concerns.
