Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various positions across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment cycle.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Prepare recruitment reports and MIS as required.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to assess candidate profiles and match them with job requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
