Job SummaryThe Logistics & Customer Support Executive will be responsible for coordinating order dispatches, tracking shipments, managing delivery issues, and providing excellent customer support. The role requires close coordination with warehouses, transport partners, e-commerce platforms, and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily order processing and dispatch activities.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with aggregator, warehouses, and delivery partners.
- Resolve delivery delays, shortages, and damaged shipment issues.
- Maintain dispatch, delivery, and inventory records.
- Prepare logistics reports and MIS as required.
- Ensure proper documentation for invoices, e-way bills, and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with e-commerce and quick commerce partners regarding order fulfillment.
Customer Support Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints related to orders, deliveries, and products.
- Maintain customer records and service requests.
- Provide timely updates regarding order status and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high service standards and achieve customer response timelines.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Knowledge of logistics processes and customer service practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in Logistics, Customer Support, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience in FMCG, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce industry will be preferred.
