Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail store operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, team supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets
- Supervise and guide store staff to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and billing activities
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Prepare daily sales and stock reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Candidate Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in retail operations or as an Assistant Store Manager
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Good communication and customer handling abilities
- Knowledge of billing systems and inventory management
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Pay: ₹37,633.00 - ₹40,410.89 per month
