Telemarketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Contact registered candidates/customers and explain company services and paid packages.
- Engage with potential customers and educate them about the benefits of the application.
- Convince and encourage customers to opt for paid membership plans such as 3-month and 6-month packages.
- Create awareness about the platform and its services.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Tamil language.
- Strong convincing and influencing skills.
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications.
- Willingness to travel and work from office.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Interest in Telemarketing/Sales process.

Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Renewals, or Retention process.
