About the Role:
The Manager of Sales for Nutrition & Food will display ownership, responsibility and accountability for the following:
1. Design & develop a winning Go-to-Market strategy for B2B clients in Adult Nutrition (specifically ingredients, premixes etc.) & execute the strategy. 2. Develop a result-oriented sales team that covers the length & breadth of our geographic presence. 3. Explore market trends and customer preferences to share feedback to the Management, R&D and Production teams for Product customization. 4. Sales and collections: Meet monthly & annual sales & collections as per the given targets; DSO as per guidelines. 5. Establish a strong Client Servicing & Management strategy to provide exceptional Customer service. 6. BD planning, technical presentation, Order planning &co-ordination. 7. Develop additional applications across Nutrition & Food industry spectrum. Key Job Responsibilities: Focus on top-line growth to meet or exceed targets, year on year (YoY) Focus on cost optimization to meet / exceed EBITDA targets, YoY. Lead the efforts for active new client acquisition. Strategize & execute plans to improve and increase “share of wallet” from existing customers. Take ownership of DSO to maintain levels specified by company. Develop a portfolio of clients classified as Diamond, Platinum, Gold based on revenues &volume. Establish a seamless SOP methodology to ensure the sales life cycle is met and/or exceeded as per customer
expectations. Evaluating the marketing strategy to course correct existing GTM strategy. Inculcate a culture of professional discipline & healthy relationship with customers & staff at Sigachi. Monitor, optimize solutions to ensure average price and sales as per agreed target.
Job Specification:
Qualification – Preferably MSc-Food Tech with MBA in Sales & Marketing overall, with minimum 8-12 years’ experience in the Nutrition & Food industry.
