Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Admin Head to oversee and manage the organization's administrative operations. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning, facility management, vendor coordination, policy implementation, and administrative support across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall administration function of the organization.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and facility management.
Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Manage office infrastructure, assets, equipment, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for administrative requirements.
Monitor office expenses and optimize administrative costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety regulations.
Supervise housekeeping, security, transportation, and other support services.
Manage procurement of office supplies and inventory control.
Support management in organizing meetings, events, and corporate activities.
Handle employee workplace-related concerns and administrative requests.
Prepare and present administrative reports, budgets, and MIS reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Administration or Management preferred.
15–25 years of relevant administrative experience, including team management.
