Purpose of the Role:
1.Analysis and control the manufacturing functions of Chemical Lab section to produce and supply components of superior quality and quantity at minimum cost and in committed time schedule to meet the manufacturing function objectives
2.Ensure execution of Process solution Control for anodizing Bath, examination of the output characteristics of process, control of Chemicals stock and New chemicals requirements, ensuring DM water Plant and Distillation water generation.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Continuously Monitor production processes and identifying/ driving opportunities/ initiatives for improvement
- Deploy innovative ideas to reduce cost and improve productivity and efficiency
- Enable customer satisfaction by driving efficiency in internal processes within machine shop
- Forecast the capacity enhancement plan of the Internal chemicals stock
- Ensure Bath Analysis solution matrix plan respective bath solution ,test panel send to Outsource
- Perform Monthly Periodic test as per work instruction
- Ensure Chemical Analysis Reagents and Bath Chemicals stock to be maintain Minimum Batch Qty
- Ensure Bath Analysis Result Beyond the spec Limits add the chemicals with respective Station (Tank).
- Ensure Double Distillation water & DM water Generation Enter Log sheet
- Ensure Daily Water Analysis (pH,TDS)
- Plan and promote continuous improvements in material, machine utilization and process to improve department & individual productivity, and quality of the product
- Facilitate continuous learning and skilling across the section on essential functional and behavioural competencies
- An Every month one KAIZEN to be Implemented .
Ensure shopfloor 5S to be maintained
