As a Business Operations Intern, you'll gain hands-on exposure to real business processes while working closely with multiple departments across the organization.
What You'll Do:
✔ Document and develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for various departments
✔ Create engaging training presentations using Canva & PowerPoint
✔ Shoot, edit, and develop training and process videos
✔ Work on cross-functional projects with teams including Production, HR, Merchandising, Accounts, and Operations
✔ Prepare training manuals, process guides, and onboarding materials
✔ Understand departmental workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
✔ Support knowledge management and employee learning initiatives
Who Can Apply?
✔ MBA / BBA / B.Com / Management students or recent graduates
✔ Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply
✔ Good knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, and MS Office
✔ Basic video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Filmora, Premiere Pro, etc.)
✔ Strong communication, creativity, and coordination skills
