- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Work Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Salary: As per experience and knowledge; final package will be discussed during the interview.
- Academic Qualification: Minimum 80% aggregate marks in the highest relevant academic qualification. Candidates with less than 80% will not be considered.

Job Purpose
The Business Analyst – ARAP will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring inventory, purchasing, stock movements, and related business data. The role will support management through accurate reporting, inventory optimization, dead-stock reduction, and data-driven purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Control & Monitoring
- Monitor inventory levels across branches and warehouses.
- Track stock receipts, sales, transfers, and other inventory movements.
- Identify stock discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.
- Ensure inventory levels are aligned with business requirements.
2. Dead Stock & Slow-Moving Inventory
- Analyze slow-moving and dead-stock items regularly.
- Prepare ageing and non-moving inventory reports.
- Recommend promotional offers, discounts, and clearance deals to reduce dead stock.
- Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and stock liquidation.
3. Purchasing Analysis
- Analyze purchasing requirements based on sales trends, stock levels, and inventory turnover.
- Review purchase quantities and identify overstocking or understocking.
- Monitor purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and pending purchases.
- Provide recommendations to optimize purchasing and working capital.
4. Inventory Reporting & Business Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Analyze inventory turnover, ageing, stock coverage, and stock valuation.
- Provide management with actionable inventory insights.
- Develop and maintain Excel/BI dashboards and analytical reports.
- Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Inventory Taking / Stock Verification
- Coordinate and monitor periodic physical inventory counts.
- Reconcile physical stock with system stock.
- Identify and investigate stock variances.
- Prepare inventory variance reports and follow up on corrective actions.
6. Data Analysis & Management Support
- Analyze sales, inventory, purchasing, and operational data.
- Support management with data-driven decision-making.
- Develop KPIs related to inventory and purchasing.
- Identify opportunities to reduce inventory costs and improve stock efficiency.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Management teams.

Preferred Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Inventory Analysis, Purchasing, or Retail/Wholesale Operations
- Experience with ERP and inventory management systems
- Experience preparing management reports and dashboards
