Job Description – Alliance Manager – OEM Partnerships (Enterprise IT Consulting & Services)
Location: [Noida /Hybrid]

About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Alliance Manager to drive and expand strategic relationships with leading global OEMs and technology vendors. This role is at the intersection of partnerships, sales, and business development—focused on creating joint go-to-market strategies, aggressively generating new business, and sustaining robust professional relationships with OEMs, distributors, and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alliance Management
- Build and manage partnerships with global OEMs including Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, VMware, IBM, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, Dell, HPE, Cisco, Lenovo, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Check Point, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, and others.
- Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle: onboarding, joint business planning, pipeline development, enablement, and governance.
- Negotiate partnership terms, incentives, and rebates to maximize business impact.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Generate net-new leads and opportunities through OEM ecosystems, field collaboration, and distributor channels.
- Translate alliance offerings into enterprise IT consulting and services engagements (cloud, ERP/CRM, ITSM, infrastructure, security, data & AI).
- Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue, pipeline, and alliance performance targets.
Relationship Building
- Maintain strong executive, field-level, and channel relationships within OEM partner organizations.
- Act as the single point of contact between internal sales/practice teams and external OEM stakeholders.
- Facilitate joint account planning sessions and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Go-to-Market Execution
- Develop and execute joint GTM campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and partner-led events.
- Represent the organization at OEM partner summits, industry conferences, and solution showcases.
- Track OEM program requirements (certifications, competencies, incentives) to ensure compliance and leverage benefits.
Market Insight & Strategy
- Stay informed on OEM roadmap, emerging tech trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to refine alliance strategy and align with market opportunities.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in alliance management, channel sales, or partner ecosystem roles within IT consulting/services.
- OEM Expertise: Proven track record of working with major OEMs (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, IBM, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, VMware, Cisco, Dell, HPE, etc.).
- Business Impact: Demonstrated success in driving lead generation, deal closure, and revenue growth through alliances.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions: cloud, hybrid infrastructure, networking, security, ERP, ITSM, data & AI, and digital transformation.
- Skills: Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong communication, presentation, and executive influencing abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technology or related field (MBA preferred).
