Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Branch Head cum Business Development Professional to oversee operations and drive growth in the Chalakudy and Irinjalakuda region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day branch activities, leading student acquisition strategies, and building institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the branch team to achieve strategic academic and enrollment targets.
- Formulate and execute local marketing strategies (B2B and B2C) to drive admissions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleges, institutions, and corporate partners in the region.
- Monitor branch performance, operational efficiency, and student satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Center Operations (Experience in the professional training/education industry is a strong plus).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
