We are hiring Associates with 1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare or BPO operations. The role involves processing drug and occupational health test requests, coordinating with labs and vendors, managing test results, responding to client queries, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting. Candidates should have good communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, typing speed of 30–35 WPM, and be comfortable working rotational day/night shifts. HSC is mandatory; graduates are preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in healthcare operations, back-office processing, or US healthcare processes.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
