Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the Centralized CCTV Unit independently.
- Record and document CCTV incidents with accuracy and timeliness.
- Report incidents promptly to relevant authorities.
- Maintain and update CCTV data records and ensure proper backup management.
- Monitor and ensure optimal performance of CCTV hardware and software systems.
- Conduct routine checks on CCTV instruments and networking systems.
- Ensure vigilance and proactive observation to detect unusual activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external authorities for incident resolution.
- Uphold reliability, responsibility, and confidentiality in all operations.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Technical Proficiency in CCTV software, hardware, and networking.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV instruments and centralized monitoring systems.
- Excellent observation and vigilance skills.
- Effective communication skills for incident reporting and coordination.
- Ability to maintain data integrity and backup systems.
- Reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in CCTV control room operations.
Diploma/Degree in any field.
Manufacturing/FMCG experience preferred.
