Job Description:
Purchase Executive
- Research potential vendors
- Share detailed requirements with supplier over email for Price and availability
- Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with office boys to ensure proper storage
- Support and coordinate with the various departments particularly with GEM, Technical Support and accounts with ease
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
Skills / Qualifications
- Graduate in Any Discipline
- Experience – Minimum 1 Year Experience as Purchase executive in IT domain
- Skills - Detail oriented, Negotiation skill, Proficient in excel, Proactive, Decision Making
- Salary Range – Negotiable as per the skills offered by the candidate
